Brace yourself as this story will make you gasp at every detail, and here is a dossier for those who want some background information before reading.
We often hear about cases of “transgender children” at increasingly young ages, sometimes as young as five, yet the political climate controls the way we think about gender dysphoria. Many remember the hellish battle Jordan Peterson endured when he refused to allow his speech to be compelled by law. If you thought the State was evil before, then the story of James Younger—who is currently six years old—ought to solidify any doubt. It’s a clear-cut case of child abuse.
Let’s get some facts straight right off the bat. The psychiatry guidelines state that at least six of these eight characteristics must be present for gender dysphoria to be diagnosed:
A strong desire to be of the other gender or an insistence that one is the other gender
A strong preference for wearing clothes typical of the opposite gender
A strong preference for cross-gender roles in make-believe play or fantasy play
A strong preference for the toys, games or activities stereotypically used or engaged in by the other gender
A strong preference for playmates of the other gender
A strong rejection of toys, games and activities typical of one’s assigned gender
A strong dislike of one’s sexual anatomy
A strong desire for the physical sex characteristics that match one’s experienced gender
Now picture this: a three-year-old is locked into a room while being told the “monsters only eat boys.” Every single day for three years, the ex-wife, Jude Younger, dresses him up as a girl and refers to him as “Luna” instead of James. He’s enrolled in school as a girl. His teachers know but all the students think he’s a “girl.”
To top it all off, the father is fighting a losing custody battle during a nasty divorce and the abuse has extended beyond emotional torture. The Texas courts are actively seeking to label the father, Jeffrey Younger, as the abuser while forcing him to “pay for transgender therapy and the future sexual mutilation of his son.”
The court documents—which you can read individually here—reveal an incommensurable amount of bias, malfeasance, and megalomania. For example, one section of a petition document says (my italics):
Specifically, James is a gender expansive or transgender child and, by choice, now goes by the name Luna and is only known by her classmates as a girl. . .ln response to Luna’s choices, the Father has engaged in increasingly aggressive behavior, including physical force, toward the Mother. His actions are clearly intended to threaten and intimidate the mother. Further, the Father has engaged in emotionally abusive behavior toward the child (as example only, haircutting and other non-affirming actions), Although unclear if this behavior rises to the level of family violence at this time, the Father’s aggression is becoming more common and more intense.
You read that correctly. His ex-wife has duped the courts into thinking it was not only James’s choice, but that Jeffrey’s main crime consists of not affirming the delusions implanted into his son’s mind. Beyond that, he will be forced pay for his son’s eventual transition in a few years which will involve, at a minimum, hormone therapy.
As if any more proof was necessary, consider what Walt Heyer at The Federalist —who was a transgender himself for eight years—noted in his discussion with Jeffrey Younger:
Dad told me, “James violently refuses to wear girl’s clothes at my home.”
Bill Lovell, who has interacted with both Jeffrey and James, corroborates this story:
Based on the three occasions I’ve spent time with him, I’d say he acts and looks unmistakably like a healthy six-year-old boy. He’s pictured above wearing his favorite tee-shirt.

During a podcast, Jeffrey expressed how heartbreaking it is when he communicates with his son on FaceTime:
Imagine that your ex-wife has dressed him as a drag queen. . .he has false eyelashes and makeup; his hair has got glitter in it; he’s wearing a dress. . .imagine how you would feel seeing what I believe is actual sexual abuse. . .the only way you can survive this and get your son through this alive is to calmly allow your son to be tortured right before your eyes and outlast the opposition.
This story is tragic, senseless, and could not have progressed to this extent without the State being at the forefront; they’re legislating his rights as a father away. Most can barely remember being ages three to six, nor did we know who we were or what the future had in store for us. Kids are not only gullible, but they also trust their parents; they should be able to trust them, yet one of his mother’s biggest fears is James’s classmates finding out he’s not a girl.
You can donate in support of Jeffrey and James, but it’s times like these that we must ask ourselves what kind of world we live in? Do we let these injustices persist, or do we remain complacent? That’s up to each of us to decide individually.
